Rated lifting weight: 5000kg, 43% higher than the 3.5T series 

The lifting height can be selected from 3000 to 7000mm, meeting the requirements for high-level stacking and loading/unloading by large trucks. 

The length of the fork is 1520mm, suitable for larger-sized pallets and goods. 

The width of the support frame is 180mm. It has a stronger structure and higher stability for heavy loads. 

Powerful Performance - 4102 Turbocharged Engine

The 4102 turbocharged engine delivers power output far exceeding that of the 490 model. 

China IV inverter technology, in line with the latest emission standards, is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. 

Low speed but with abundant torque. Capable of climbing heavy loads and starting on muddy ground with ease. 

280 sets of high and low speed torque converter gearboxes, with higher transmission efficiency and smoother shifting. 

Limiting clearance - The highest ground clearance across the entire series

Front end ground clearance of the frame: 300–380mm, the highest among the entire series, with extremely strong ability to clear obstacles 

16/70-24 Large-sized tires, with significantly increased diameter and width, greatly enhance the grip on muddy, gravel, and snowy surfaces. 

The four-wheel drive system, combined with the heavy-duty cast steel axle on the large wheels, significantly enhances the shock resistance and load-bearing capacity. 

Wide-body body - The stable foundation for heavy-load conditions

Overall dimensions: 4450×2200×2900mm. Wide-body design, excellent lateral stability 

Axle spacing: 2200mm. Long wheelbase makes driving under heavy load more stable. 

The turning radius is 3500mm, which is larger than that of the 3.5T series. However, considering the 5-ton load capacity, the flexibility remains excellent. 

Uphill climbing and off-road capability

The maximum climbing angle is ≤ 35°. Even with a 5-ton full load, it still maintains excellent climbing performance. 

Suitable for complex terrains such as mine slopes, building foundations, and steep slopes in forest areas. 

Flexible self-weight selection

Overall weight: 6300kg (standard version) / 4580kg (lightweight version) 

The standard version has stronger adhesion and is suitable for extremely harsh terrains. 

The lightweight version reduces the need for heavy ground compaction and is suitable for soft ground surfaces such as farms and sandy areas.
