Client Background
The client is based in Selangor, Malaysia, and specializes in the maintenance of large-scale commercial buildings, municipal infrastructure, and industrial facilities. Amidst Malaysia's accelerating urbanization, the client planned to expand their fleet of aerial work equipment. After evaluating various options, they became interested in our company’s 25-meter truck-mounted aerial work platform.

Challenges Faced by the Client
High Operating Costs: Older equipment suffered from high fuel consumption and frequent maintenance needs, placing increasing pressure on project costs.
Demanding Tropical Climate: Malaysia’s year-round high heat and humidity often caused hydraulic systems in standard equipment to overheat and led to high failure rates in electronic components.
Strict Safety Standards: With local safety regulations becoming increasingly stringent, the client required equipment that was safe, reliable, and stable in performance.
Winter Factory Visit and On-Site Operation
Last December, the client’s team arrived at our manufacturing base in Jining, Shandong. Despite the cold Chinese winter, their enthusiasm for the inspection remained high. We arranged a comprehensive tour and test-drive session:
Production Workshop Tour: The client toured the entire production line—covering material cutting, welding, painting, and final assembly—and gained insight into our quality control system, expressing approval of our standardized production management.
On-Site Operation Demonstration: During the test-drive, the client personally operated the 25-meter platform, performing tasks such as lifting, slewing, and extending. The equipment operated smoothly with responsive controls; the client was particularly impressed by the following features:
Excellent Stability: The intelligent outrigger system ensured the vehicle remained rock-solid during operation.
Intuitive Control: Precise proportional controls offered a smooth, refined feel, making the equipment easy to master quickly.
Extensive Working Range: A 21-meter horizontal outreach and 400kg load capacity, combined with 360° continuous rotation, allowed the unit to handle diverse job-site scenarios.
Multiple Safety Features: Components such as anti-collision devices and real-time load monitoring gave the client confidence in the equipment's safety.

Sale and Delivery
Following the inspection, the client was highly satisfied with the product's quality and performance. After subsequent commercial negotiations, a formal purchase contract was signed early this year. The first batch of equipment was successfully manufactured and shipped during the first half of the year, ready for deployment across various large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in Malaysia. Customer Feedback
Upon inspecting the equipment, the customer remarked:
“I made a special trip to China last winter for a site visit; despite the cold weather, the hospitality and technical demonstrations were highly professional. The equipment’s stability and ease of operation far exceeded our expectations, fully meeting the demands of the various job sites we operate in Malaysia. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process—from the initial visit to the final purchase—and we are extremely satisfied with this collaboration.”
