A client from Armenia traveled all the way to Shandong, China, to inspect our 32-meter truck-mounted aerial work platform. After a comprehensive tour of the production line and a hands-on test drive, they signed an order for two units on the spot—marking another significant milestone in our expansion into the Transcaucasian market.
I. Building Trust Through Online Communication
The Armenian client submitted an inquiry via our official website, seeking aerial work equipment for municipal maintenance and telecommunications base station installation. Our overseas sales team responded promptly, gaining a deep understanding of the client's needs through multiple video conferences and highlighting the performance specifications and safety features of the 32-meter platform.
Our 32-meter truck-mounted aerial work platform boasts a maximum working height of 32 meters, a maximum working outreach of 23 meters, and a rated platform load of 400 kg. Regarding safety, the client was particularly impressed by features such as automatic outrigger protection, interlocks between the chassis and superstructure, automatic outreach limiting, CAN-bus control systems, and emergency backup pumps.

II. On-Site Inspection and Test Drive
The client flew from Armenia to Jining, Shandong, where they were personally received by our senior management and given a guided tour of the production facility. They witnessed the entire manufacturing process of the 32-meter platform, from material cutting, welding, and painting to final assembly and testing.
We utilize Q1000 high-strength steel and 3D flexible welding processes, alongside a complete coating workflow—shot blasting, electrostatic spraying, high-temperature curing, and cooling—and hold ISO9001, ISO14000, and EU CE certifications.
Following the tour, we arranged a test drive. The client personally operated the 32-meter platform, testing the boom extension/retraction, 360° rotation, outrigger deployment, and safety systems, and highly praised the vehicle's stability and control precision.

III. On-Site Contract Signing
At the conclusion of the visit, the client signed a purchase contract on the spot for two 32-meter truck-mounted aerial work platforms. Their decision was based on several key factors: the product's performance and safety features fully met their project requirements; our manufacturing capabilities were robust and fully certified; and we offered excellent value for money alongside professional, efficient service. IV. Shipment and Delivery
The two units have completed production and passed factory acceptance testing; they are now ready for shipment to Armenia, where they will support local municipal maintenance and telecommunications base station installation projects. Our company will provide full-lifecycle technical support to the customer.
