Hey there! We just had an awesome group of clients from Indonesia stop by our facility last week. They didn’t just come for brochures or a quick handshake—they came to really see how things are made. From component workshops to testing labs, they explored it all. Here’s what went down.
Show Us Your Components! – The Heart of the Equipment
The group went straight into the components workshop. “We don’t just want to see finished machines,” said Mr. Hendra, the head of the delegation. “We want to know what’s inside.”
They stopped at hydraulic assembly stations, examined wire routing, and asked about motor brands. Our engineers explained how we select cylinders, alves, and sensors for different models of aerial work platform. “Reliability starts from within,” one of them said—and the team nodded in agreement.
The Production Line – Where Things Come Together
Next up was the main production hall. The visitors couldn’t stop taking photos—especially of the laser cutting machines and automated welding robots.
“How do you control consistency in the boom sections?” asked Ms. Dewi, a technical buyer.
“Through process control, not just final inspection,” our production manager replied. He showed them how each segment of an arm lift platform is tracked from cutting to coating.
Testing & Quality Labs – No Shortcuts Here
The mood got even more serious when they entered the testing zone. Everyone gathered around a spider arm crane being put through a stress test.
“We test everything—load, stability, emergency functions, even noise levels,” our QA head shared. The Indonesian team recorded videos of a vehicle mounted aerial work platform going through its paces. “Now this is what we call trust,” one visitor murmured.
The Customization Corner – “Can You Do This?”
This was where things got fun. The group sat down with our design team and sketched out ideas.
“In Indonesia, we need more corrosion resistance—high humidity everywhere,” Mr. Hendra noted. “Also, some models need better cooling systems.”
We showed them past custom projects: extra insulation, different control layouts, even special paint jobs. They loved that we could tweak scissor lift platforms and vertical lifting platforms for local needs.
Talking Sustainability & Support
It wasn’t all technical. Over coffee, we chatted about environmental policies and after-sales service.
“Do you provide training for our mechanics?”
“How about spare parts availability in Southeast Asia?”
We walked them through our training modules and regional logistics hubs. They seemed especially pleased hearing about our electric and hybrid aerial work platform options.
More Than a Visit—This Is How Partnerships Start
As they headed out, Mr. Hendra summed it up: “We’ve visited many factories. But seeing your component quality, your testing culture, and your willingness to customize? That’s how you build confidence.”
We couldn’t agree more.
